Why was I logged out?

Sometimes we push updates to our production servers (a couple of times a week) -- during the maintenance you may be logged out from the system and will not be able to log in for around 5-10 mins.

In very rare cases our front-end servers may go down, even then, there is nothing to worry about. The frontend is on a completely different server infrastructure from our traffic servers which handle all the redirections. It means is that even if you're not able to log into RedTrack, your traffic will always flow and you will not lose money.
