The short answer would be yes: Campaign tracking URL remains the same, even if you make changes to offers or landers used, add / edit / remove them, change streams and filters.
Unique Campaign tracking URL is created for every campaign you wish to manage with RedTrack. To obatin the link, edit all the relevant campaign information and click Save. The link will be generated automatically and can be copied to clipboard. Campaign URL then needs to be trasnferred to the traffic source you wish to use for that particular campaign.
