Shopify Integration

Step 1. Adding Shopify as a Network in RedTrack


The first step is to add Shopify as an Affiliate Network in RedTrack. Go to the Networks Tab in your RedTrack account and click New. Since Shopify is already included in the RedTrack Networks database, just choose it from the suggested pre-sets and click Add. Put the unique name of your store into the URL field and click Save




Step 2. Obtaining Conversion Tracking Pixel in RedTrack

Shopify allows you to track conversions using Conversion Tracking Pixel. To obtain your Pixel code, navigate the Tools tab in your RedTrack account and choose Tracking Pixel from the list. Copy the code to clipboard. 




Step 3. Enabling Conversion Tracking in Shopify

Log into your Shopify account and open the Settings>Checkout tab. Navigate the Additional scripts field. Paste your Conversion Tracking Pixel into this field and click Save. Each time a customer is taken to the checkout page, it will trigger the Conversion Tracking Pixel and the conversion will appear in your RedTrack account.




Step 4. Creating an Offer in RedTrack


Return to your RedTrack account. Go to Offers tab and click New. Each one of the items you sell in your Shopify store needs to be added as an Offer. Choose Shopify as Network from the drop-down list, specify payout and provide link to your product. Specify GEO if applicable. Click Save to complete the setup.


Please note that Geo is for reference only and not used for traffic filtering or distribution. All Traffic filtering and distribution settings are done in the Campaign tab.

  2. Obtain Conversion Tracking Pixel from RedTrack
