"API token required" message

Upon adding a custom tracking domain, you may receive an error notification that says 

"error":"API token required

 

Don't worry - it doesn't necessarily mean that your setup is incorrect. After obtaining a domain, it usually takes some time for the servers to update, so you can simply repeat the attempt after DNS is updated.

Also, sometimes your browser caches the wrong response - so if you keep getting the error - please check it in incognito window of your browser.
