"Disabled" error when trying to access my Campaign/Offer URL

Sometimes the following error message can appear when trying to access the Campaign/Offer

There are several possible reasons for that:

1. You have filters applied in your Campaign settings and you do not correspond to that settings - other location, OS, device, etc.:

In that case it will not affect the real traffic.

Tip: you can set-up the Fallback URL. This is how it can be done

 

2. You try to access the Offer directly from a LP (take a link to LP and insert it to the browser). In this case RedTrack do not know how to handle the redirect. 

If you want to test it - you need to copy campaign click URL (the same that you add to your traffic source):

 

3. Old data is stored in your browser history and cookies.
