Registration/Login issues

We care about our clients.

That is why the process of registration and regenerating the password in case you have forgotten one is a complete self-service - which means it do not require our intervention and can be done by you in a secure and fast manner any time. 

However there are some tips that may help in case you will experience some difficulties. 

 

Registration process

Here is the process description in case anything will still be unclear:

1. After you have found RedTrack and decided to join, there is a special button available on our Start page - Sign Up (or use Sign In if you are already using RedTrack)

2. Fill in all the fields and press Sign up button

 

3. After that you will receive a confirmation e-mail  - confirm you are with us:

If for some reason you have not received a confirmation e-mail and cannot activate your account please let us know about that - support@redtrack.io we will take care of the issue.

Login issues: mobile

 

If you are experiencing some login issues while trying to login via mobile phone, make sure to follow the short guide:

1. Clear cache in your browser: https://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache

2. Make sure you are using correct credentials: both login and password fields are case-sensitive.

For example: if your login e-mail is myemail@gmail.com you should not use Myemail@gmail.com.

Mobile phones sometimes automatically add the capital letter at the beginning. 

3. If you still cannot login - try to access the application on desktop:

- If desktop works fine - most likely you are using incorrect credentials or previously added incorrect credentials are stored in cache. Perform steps 1 and 2 once again.

- If desktop version do not accept credentials either, try to regenerate your password using "I forgot my password" option, repeat steps 1 and 2 and check the results. In case RedTrack will still not let you in, contact us support@redtrack.io: describe the steps you have performed.

 

 

Login issues: desktop

Make sure to follow the short guide:
